HUSKIES CLOSE COMPETITION AT NCAA SKIING CHAMPIONSHIPS The struggles continued Saturday (March 13) for the Michigan Tech ski team at the 2010 NCAA Skiing Championships. Senior Oskar Lund finished 33rd in the men's 20-kilometer freestyle and fellow senior Henna Riikonen-Purtsi did not finish the women's 15-kilometer race.

DUIJNDAM TAKES HOME ALL-AMERICAN HONORS AT JUNIOR NATIONALS Michigan Tech redshirt freshman Lynn Duijndam earned All-American honors after finishing fourth at the 2010 Junior National Championships Friday (March 12). The Falcon Heights, Minn., native covered the five-kilometer course in 13:33, finishing just seven seconds behind the race winner.
