“Brett is a character player with very good skill. He is a leader and has a great work ethic. He is a winner,” said Russell.

Last season he scored five goals and 12 assists in 48 games for the Wichita Falls Wildcats of the North American Hockey League. He is the son of Jane and Lavin Doriott.

“Ricky is a big man that has good mobility. He plays with an edge and makes a good first pass,” said Russell.

Bryce Reddick, a 5-10, 165 lbs. forward, is tied for second on the team in scoring with 10 goals and 23 assists for the Cowichan Valley Capitals of the BCHL.
