Tech Hosting Stanley Cup Friday; Purchase Game Ticket to View
Michigan Tech is excited to announce that the Stanley Cup will be at the MacInnes Student Ice Arena on Friday. Fans with a ticket to either Friday or Saturday’s game will be able to view the trophy along with the Hart Trophy, Conn Smythe Trophy, MacNaughton Cup and Gibson Cup.

Men's Hoops Picked to Win GLIAC North; Stelzer Preseason Player of the Year
The Michigan Tech men’s basketball team was picked to win the GLIAC North Division, and Ben Stelzer was named the GLIAC Preseason Player of the Year it was announced by the league today on their GLIAC Men’s Basketball Media Day website.

Tech Women's Basketball Picked Second in GLIAC Preseason Poll
The Michigan Tech women’s basketball team was selected to finish second in the GLIAC North Division in the 2014-15 GLIAC Preseason Poll. Danielle Blake and Mackenzie Perttu both earned Preseason All-GLIAC honors as well.

Huskies Fall to Wildcats in GLIAC Volleyball
Northern Michigan defeated Michigan Tech 3-0 in GLIAC volleyball tonight at the SDC Gym. The visiting Wildcats hit .322 for the match to improve to 11-12 overall and 11-3 in GLIAC play. The Huskies are now 9-14 overall and 6-8 in the league.

Where Are They Now – Dan Farrell
Dan Farrell played hockey for Michigan Tech from 1957-60 and served as an assistant coach under John MacInnes from 1968-73. He was inducted into the Michigan Tech Sports Hall of Fame in 2011.
