Football Aims for Attendance Record Saturday

HOUGHTON, Mich. — The Drive for Five is on at Michigan Tech football this weekend. The undefeated Huskies (3-0) hope to draw a record 5,000 fans to this Saturday's home game vs. No. 3-ranked and undefeated Grand Valley State (4-0).

The game will be just the second-ever night game at Sherman Field. The first was a Sept. 26, 2009, vs. Grand Valley State. The school record for attendance is 4,332, set Aug. 28, 2004, in a game vs. Northern Michigan.

Tickets for this Saturday's game will cost $5 for adults and $3 for children. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
