HOUGHTON, Mich. – Michigan native Thomas Parrottino will suit up for the Michigan Tech Huskies this fall as one of eleven new faces to join the Huskies this year. Parrottino, previously a forward for the United States Hockey League's (USHL) Youngstown Phantoms, looks to continue his success in a Husky uniform as a winger this fall.
For Parrottino, developing a passion for the game led him to Michigan Tech.
"First of all, I just love the game," said Parrottino. "I've been playing it ever since I was two. Me and my brothers built a rink in our backyard and we'd play until it got dark and our parents would yell at us to come in. I've loved it ever since.
"I just didn't want to stop. I've gotten the opportunity to play at Michigan Tech. I'm very grateful for that."
